National CRNA Week is the AANA’s annual celebration of anesthesia patient safety and the nation’s nearly 53,000 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and student registered nurse anesthetists who safely and cost-effectively provide approximately 43 million anesthetics each year. Known as National Nurse Anesthetists Week as recently as 2014, the new name for this popular event helps patients, hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and others become more familiar with the CRNA credential and the exceptional advanced practice registered nurses who have earned it.
Join the New England Assembly of Nurse Anesthetists (NEANA) for their 72nd Annual Meeting on April 12-14, 2019 at the Burlington Marriott in Burlington, MA! This event will feature industry updates, trending course topics, and a great opportunity for you to network with your peers. Plus, attend the full conference for 20 CEUs!
Golfer or not, this will be a fun event with golf paid for and access to tasty food and craft beers! Join us on April 27 from 2-4pm at SIM-CITY Golf in Westbrook. Plus, it’s a great way to warm up for the golfing season and to try out the new golf simulators at SIM-CITY.
Donation is $50 for CRNAs and $15 for SRNAs.
The Westbrook College of Health Professions Graduate Commencement Ceremony will honor the Class of 2019 candidates for the Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia, Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, Master of Science in Physician Assistant, Master of Social Work (on campus), and Doctor of Physical Therapy (including online D.P.T.). This ceremony recognizes the students’ academic accomplishments and marks the beginning of their journey into the professional role of health care provider. Graduates will be hooded as part of this event.
