National CRNA Week is the AANA’s annual celebration of anesthesia patient safety and the nation’s 50,000+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and student registered nurse anesthetists who safely and cost-effectively provide approximately 43 million anesthetics each year. Known as National Nurse Anesthetists Week as recently as 2014, the new name for this popular event helps patients, hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and others become more familiar with the CRNA credential and the exceptional advanced practice registered nurses who have earned it. Research Day for the class of 2017 will be held on June 3 from 8:30am-4pm at the Hannaford Auditorium in the College of Pharmacy on the UNE Portland Campus.
Registration for the NEANA 2017 Fall Workshop is now open! This year’s event is presented by the New Hampshire Association of Nurse Anesthetists (NHANA)!
NEANA’s Fall Workshop is the premier education event for New England CRNAs and SRNAs. The workshop provides an environment to learn and the opportunity to build relationships with other professionals from around the region.
This year’s conference will consist of an optional full day of hands on block workshops on Friday, October 20; a wellness event, various lectures and networking opportunities on Saturday, October 21; and half-day of lectures of Sunday, October 22.
