Tracey Dujakovich, JD
Senior Claims Attorney
Tracey joined PPM in 2010. Tracey is responsible for handling a wide range of high severity cases in the eastern United States. As a Senior Claims Attorney, Tracey is responsible for the overall strategy and day-to-day management of litigation files, including directing settlement negotiations and attending trials. Tracey is also very active in PPM’s risk management program conducting on-site risk management seminars.
Prior to joining PPM, Tracey managed multi-specialty medical negligence claims for five years with the Illinois State Medical Insurance Exchange. Tracey also worked in private practice for five years defending general liability and medical negligence lawsuits.
Tracey is a 1991 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
Mary Scott-Herring, DNP, MS, CRNA
Dr. Mary Scott-Herring is Associate Professor and Director of Capstone Projects in the Doctor of Nursing Practice – Nurse Anesthesia Program at Edgewood University in Madison, WI. She previously served in leadership roles at the University of Maryland Medical Center, R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, and Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, where she continues to practice clinically.
A board member of the Maryland Association of Nurse Anesthetists, Dr. Scott-Herring has also served on committees within MANA, the AANA, and the NBCRNA. She’s also earned a master’s degree in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics and has professional interests in clinical education, mentorship, simulation, quality improvement, pediatrics, healthcare policy, and emergency preparedness.
Matt Zinder, MS, CH, CRNA
Matthew Zinder has worked in some level of healthcare for 30 years, starting as an EMT in a volunteer fire station. Matthew owns and operates a Maryland-based mobile anesthesia practice that has been in business since 1984. He speaks at many professional conferences, both nationally and internationally, involving topics such as stress management, clinician wellness, business of anesthesia, and the practice of anesthesia. He is the host and producer of The Provider Wellness Podcast where he speaks with experts involving healthcare provider well-being and self-care. Matthew is co-owner of ProgramPrep, a tutoring service that assists nurse anesthesia students and residents to pass the SEE and NCE. Matthew is the Immediate-Past President of the Maryland Association of Nurse Anesthetists and is an appointed member of the AANA State Organizational Development Committee. He is adjunct faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and Georgetown University Schools of Nurse Anesthesia.
